  • Comprehensive pension schemes (what does this look like for the candidate)
  • Private healthcare options (oh, interesting does it offer additional perks like family or dental or optical)
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Flexible working arrangements (what does this look like, is this hybrid or flexible start/finish times, again be specific)

 

4. Ditch the Jargon: Speak Human!

Your internal lingo means nothing to external candidates. Write job descriptions in plain, simple English. Explain the role in a way that someone outside your company could understand. If you must use an Acronym, explain what it means.
