Valeco Recruitment are working with our established client located in Midlothian to recruit a new front of house professional for this newly created opportunity supporting the Office Manager.

Our client is eager to find an individual who has gained some experience of working front of house within a business with good PC skills to learn, grow and develop.

Being based front of house you will be an excellent communicator with exceptional presentation skills working within a corporate business in Midlothian.

Duties will involve:

Meeting and greeting clients and internal partners

Answering and filtering telephone calls, enquiries and relaying accurate messages

Room bookings: diary management, catering and equipment responsibility

Responding to emails and enquiries and passing onto the appropriate individual

Processing all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Typing up letters

Updating records on the internal database and assisting the Office Manager with any ad hoc administrative tasks.

For this vacancy we are seeking you to have:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills both face to face and over the telephone

Can do attitude with no task to much trouble

Willing to learn

PC literate: Word, Excel and Outlook

High accuracy skills

Our client is offering a permanent full time vacancy working office hours Monday to Friday.

The salary range is £16,000 - £18,000 with benefits that include pension, healthcare, excellent holidays and more.
