Part Time Credit Controller

We are looking for a part-time Credit Controller to join a growing business in Edinburgh City Centre. If you have experience in Credit Control, are looking for a part-time position and have strong communication and interpersonal skills then this could be the role for you.

Hours of work will be:

Monday – 9.00am – 5.00pm

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 9.00am – 1.00pm or 9.30m - 1.30pm

The employer is happy to discuss flexibility around the Friday hours to suit a working parent or carer.

Key responsibilities:

- Regular contact with customers via emails and calls

- Developing and maintaining relationships with account contacts and various internal departments

- Resolving customer queries and disputes related to invoices

- Ensuring payment received as per agreements

- Creation of excel reports and monthly statements

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Previous credit control experience

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Working knowledge of Excel

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Ability to build internal and external relationships

- Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills
