We have an exciting opportunity fora Purchasing Assistant to join a growing company in Edinburgh. Our client is looking for someone who has experience within manufacturing (1+ purchasing experience).This business boasts a fantastic culture and ethos with real progression opportunities for a driven and hardworking individual.

Must have a valid driving license. Forklift experience would be advantageous.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Controlling of inwards and outwards of goods, equipment and other material

- Maintain and control stock control systems accurately and inputting new stock arriving

- Placing orders and working with other internal business partners

- Ensuring all pricing is accurate and stock levels are correct at all times

- Thinking on your feet and be able to resolve problems quickly and professionally

Our client is offering a permanent full time contract based in Edinburgh and offer free onsite car parking and are easily accessible for those candidates living in Edinburgh, The Lothians, Falkirk,Clackmannanshire, Stirling and West Lothian.
