Valeco Recruitment are working exclusively with our client who have a rare opportunity to recruit a permanent full time Head of HR and Organisational Development.

This is an exciting time to join an established and growing brand where your role will be to make a difference and lead a team of HR professionals in a positive and creative approach.

We are on the look out to recruit a creative and strategic industry professional who comes with a proven track record in working at this level along with creating and implementing our clients key HR strategies that have been set out by the Executive team.

What are we looking for?

• You will be a creative thinker along with being an exceptional leader who comes with a proven successful track record in developing and implementing change
• Chartered membership of the CIPD
• Experienced in liaising with Trade Unions
• Confident in reporting and working at board level
• Track record in managing and developing your team in HR
• First class presentation skills
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure and manage deadlines
