Valeco Recruitment have partnered with a charity to support them exclusively in hiring an administrator/receptionist to join their office function that is still in a fairly new start up part of this established business.
We are on the market and keen to speak with super organised and those passionate in delivering an outstanding customer service for our clients role that can offer an immediate start.
Based in the lovely town of Haddington, East Lothian this is a great role for someone who is not wanting to commute or is based around Edinburgh & The Lothian's and seeking a new opportunity in 2022.
You will be involved in:
- Working and managing key stakeholders
- Being the first point of contact face to face and over the telephone
- Filtering and dealing with telephone calls and enquiries
- Email inbox management
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Amending letter documents and updating reports with general administrative duties.
For this role we do require you to have the following:
- First class communication and presentation skills
- Love dealing with people
- Good listener with great people skills
- PC literate, Word and Excel along with Outlook
