Valeco Recruitment have an immediate requirement in the heart of town to support our client on a temporary basis for around 4 - 6 weeks, they are happy for someone to come in as a temporary worker and support them with the backlog of work however if you are seeking permanent work they would be happy to look at a temporary to permanent option also.

Based front of house you will be involved in working with visitors attending on site, liaising with clients and assisting with appointments, paperwork, updating the database, coordinating deliveries and arranging meetings along with general administrative tasks throughout the property and legal departments as and when required.

You will be someone who comes with a proven track record in administrative/receptionist work and be super organised, confident and be someone who can learn things quickly.

Great hourly rate is on offer paid weekly via Valeco Recruitment!
