Part Time Property Administrator

Valeco Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our established client to hire a permanent part time Property Administrator, to work afternoons Monday through to Friday supporting our clients busy property team.

Our client's team deal with property from commercial to residential, developments and leasing and we are offering a rare opportunity to hire a part time individual to join their established team. Please note this role is office based, we WILL NOT be able to offer home working or hybrid. 

Based in the property team, you will be involved in:

• Being the first point of contact for clients over the telephone, face to face and via email
• Email inbox management 
• Supporting with the management of client property sales 
• Arranging viewings for both sales and property lets 
• Coordinating property inspections and logging all relevant data 
• Ensuring records are accurate and updated always 
• Maintaining reports and archiving 
• Purchase order management 
• Ensuring all adverts for property lets and sales are accurate and posted within each deadline set
• Building up relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Interested? Here is what we need from you:

• Ideally an interest in property, or ideally you will have worked in property this is preferred and not essential 
• Super organised, and be someone who can manage a varied workload professional always 
• PC literate, confidence in Word, Excel and Outlook a must
• Ability to problem solve and offer solutions not problems 
• Be able to work with people at all levels
